Public
Education Month at the Blue Earth
County Library
February is Key City Kennel Club's
month at the Blue Earth County
Library. A "Meet the Breed" day is
held, where members bring their best
socialized dogs to meet the public.
There is an agility/obedience
demonstration, and
AKC
informational materials is
available for the public. For more
pictures, check out
KCKC at the Library!
Also, a seminar is presented by KCKC
members on "How to Buy and Raise a
Purebred Puppy." On Tuesday
mornings during the month, KCKC
members read stories about their
favorite breed to area pre-schoolers.
The display cases at the library are
also filled with dog collections
supplied by members. These events
provide a great opportunity for club
members to get their dogs out and to
be good ambassadors for their breed!

always go with you in the car, in case the need should arise for
them to bark violently at nothing right in your ear." -- Dave
